Arts in the Dark is a parade celebrating and promoting Chicago’s creative organizations, and to celebrate halloween as the artists’ holiday!
First envisioned by Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events Commissioner Mark Kelly, the Arts in the Dark Parade is organized by the non-profit Luma8.
