The 34th Music Festival in Honor of Confucius

For over 30 years The Chinese Fine Arts Society has introduced youth to the sounds and colors of Chinese music – join us this year for the 34th Music Festival in Honor of Confucius on Sunday, November 24 at the Studebaker Theater. We have a new venue, new format, new student benefits, and so much more!
As part of the music festival, fun, free, family-friendly events will happen throughout the Fine Arts Building, including:
- 8am – 3:00pm – Live Finalists’ Round of the Music Festival in Honor of Confucius in the Studebaker Theater
- 8:00am – 4:30pm – Marketplace in the Studebaker Lobby
- 8:00am – 4:00pm – Confucius Photo-booth in the Studebaker Lobby
- 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 – Tours of the William, Harris, Lee and Co. String Instrument Workshop
- 2:00 – 3:30pm – Performance and masterclass with Crossing Borders Music String Trio
- 4:30 – Music Festival in Honor of Confucius Winners’ Recital and Awards Ceremony (featuring Jade Lun, Miss Chinese Chicago 2019 Second Princess as Emcee)
