Visual Arts
The introduction of Chinese visual arts is also a serious endeavor espoused by CFAS. Through our Visual Arts Program, we sponsor ink-brush paintings competitions, which attract the spirited participation of artists of nation-wide. Winning works have been exhibited at landmark Chicago venues including Navy Pier and the Chicago Cultural Center. Recently, we hosted our first ceramics exhibition, accompanied by lectures by the artists and a musical program.
